About HKSR

Built by punters, for punters

Whether you use the term handicapper, punter, horseplayer, or just plain gambler — Hong Kong racing is one of the most competitive, data-rich betting markets in the world, and one of the most underserved when it comes to serious analytic tools. We built the Hong Kong Speed Report to change that.

Why purchase Hong Kong Speed Report data?

Our ratings measure true performance, not raw times. Every speed and pace rating is adjusted for track condition, daily variants, added weight, and the pace dynamics of that race. Our pace forecaster tool projects how each race will be run based on a horse's demonstrated early pace fractional history — not just their style of running.

Every wagering angle we publish has been backtested against historical results, with sample sizes, strike rates, and ROI percentages — so you can decide how much weight to place on the information.

Every race card at Sha Tin, Happy Valley, and — coming soon — Conghua gets the full treatment: an interactive Excel/spreadsheet workbook or PDF report, HKSR Trendlines® data, and a full life-cycle pace report showcasing every horse's entire career of speed data.

Founder's message

I started building the Hong Kong Speed Report to understand Sha Tin and Happy Valley in a way that made sense to me, and how I play horses — through data, numbers, and most importantly: pace. I truly believe our Speed Report and related products will allow you to see Hong Kong racing through a new lens, and help you make better, more informed wagers.

Monthly subscribers will be eligible to join and chat in the HKSR Discord, where we share HKSR data, thoughts, opinions, and fun subscriber-only goodies. All monthly subscribers will get first look at all new HKSR Beta products.
